Another year of 22nd October. I realized time has been passing by quite fast. It seemed like it was only 3 months since I type the same post for these 3 people. heh.


If you don't know who's birthday is it yet, oh wait. You may know it's Wit Lyn's birthday after some wackos got stuck in the lift in the miniature 5-star hotel. pool table and beer. Bali style furnishings. A few have nice parties like that. heh.
(and, Fann fooled me telling me she got a new car for the Birthday>.>)

And then, there's Franz Liszt. The super Virtuoso who composed many pieces that sound fantastic. Romantic and authentic and and mysterious. I don't know I just love listening to Liebestraum, Consolation No.3, La Campanella, Rigoletto, Gnomenreigen, Walddesrauchen, Annees de Pelerinage, 12 Transcendental Etudes, 3 Concert Etudes, 3 Grande Paganini Etudes, Hungarian Dances, and the dying augmented piece Nuages Gris. Too many to name. Its been a year since I tackled La Campanella and Hungarian Dance No.5. I never got it right before. Never. I can help by listening and enjoying and be fascinated at hands which are able to play them though.

A great master R.I.P. Franz Liszt.


Jon Foreman. To me he's a modern day philosopher. Many may know him as Switchfoot's front man, but his character is way deeper to be understood fully. He's 32 this year, and having fun with his wacky band members, as well as writing honest songs with not only very catchy tunes but also slow ballets. Good songs to listen to in this era. Thank God for Jon Foreman.

For whoever noobs who doesn't know he is, he is Switchfoot's Frontman.

And for real idiots who doesn't know who or what on earth is Swichfoot, it's a alternative rock band from san diego, california. My all time favorite band.

Last year I wanted to post an e-card on an online forum. Too bad my lousy PC knock that intention off. The card just wouldn't appear no matter how many times I tried.

It was first announced that our year end exams would start on the 22nd October.
That time I was in add maths tuition when the teacher told us.

Wit Lyn said, ah crap. its my birthday and its the first day of exams.

I said, yeah, Jon Foreman's birthday as well.
Last year I found a floating giant air balloon cake which states, 'happy 30th birthday'.
I wanted to post that on a Switchfoot forum, when it was foreman's birthday.
And that time my computer was super lag and had some friggin problem with the internet connection. That does it.
Someone else found that picture too and post it a few minutes before mine was uploaded.
Well mine wasn't uploaded at all.

Today I found out Franz Liszt was also born on 22nd october.

No wonder Jon Foreman came out so talented like Franz Liszt.
I bet Wit lyn too.

Chopin was born on 1 march.
Same month as my birthdate.
Only 10 days different, and a century and a couple of decades earlier than me.

No wonder I came out so untalented.

On June 1st 2007, The Planet Blog turn a year old.
Special thanks to Miss Fann, Shar Linn, who started this blog in her aunt’s house in KL, last year, same date.

Yes. It’s obvious that this blog appeared on cyberspace on June 1st 2006.

And with the help of some close friends and the web, I manage to learn some basic HTML which did help me a lot because I used to use blogskin’s Skins. Which at first seams like a whole new world of numbers and figures.

But it does not speak as loud as my heart on learning how to at least type in a friggin post and add a tagboard and some links.

For some few faithful readers of this blog, they should know how the looks of this blog have change from time to time.

It started with some black background with some stars pouring out from a bottle skin.
A temporary one which Miss Fann randomly picked from Blogskins.

And when I learn a bit more HTML, it was changed to a little annoying graffiti kind in the middle of the page. Music Makes Me Lose Control.
For some people with perfect eyesight may have squinted eyesight if they had stare at it for too long.

So I changed it again.
This time it was around world cup season last year.
And I supported Italy.
And guess what. They won. Ahahah.
Back to point, I changed to an Italian Skin.

After some time I found a pretty one.
Some moonlight in the city kind of skin.
And well, it kinda suit my url – http://welcome2deplanet.blogspot.com
So I used that skin for a pretty long time.


Then I noticed, that url doesn’t look too good.
I wanted to changed 2 to to, and de to the.
But too bad. Somebody’s taken it way before I did.
So I managed to changed the de to the only.
Thus, new url – http://welcome2theplanet.blogspot.com – ahah.

Then this beta blogger thing came up.
It wouldn’t go away until I change the old version to the new version.
So I did.
And stick to their original template because I needn’t care about HTML anymore. Just drag and drop. Yay.

happy birthday MISS SEOW

Since miss seow was a lil disappointed because I didn't wish her 12 midnight, I shall say SORRY by blogging a happy birthday post on my blog. hahah.

we known each other since form 1... same class these years back... but that time she was just a somebody in my class, chit chatting the whole time, (oops.?) and of course, famous vollyballer. Then during form 2 we had this group of good friends in class... eventually we kinda clique. but somehow she talks more to liwei about the volleyball stuff. I would be in the middle. calista and pehyee normally talks about their ******** , you know, Im not totally into that kinda stuff. hahah. then training started. she was not that at all serious during that time until the last days of training, we finally formed a team. yay. days of training were so so... fighting once on a while over small things, and of course that time all we talked of is training. sienz. so training is training. not an easy task. but she did push us alot. and often make us... like haihh. sien. but that did do us good. except for 1 person. she knows who she is. after comp we were mostly on our own until flag day. we did many many tins! hahah. come to think about it, it was sort of fun. although tired of it after doing it the whole day. we call up each other at night to check if we were still doing our appointed job. haha. okay this girl here has a drum set at home. so cool huh.still remember we jammed together? hahah fun. comes to exams... this funny girl here pakat with me to stay up till two to study history. and call each other every half an hour to check whether we're still awake. but when 1 oclock strikes, I gave her a call. she didn't pick up. she slept. wuahahahahahah.... yea. sleepyhead. but I don't think she can beat kelly the ultimate sleeping beauty.LOL. hardworking, yea, sleep at 9, wake up at 4 to study. =.=" at home duwan to do house work, come to school emphasize on cleanlises so much. hahah.

well enough of stories there.I'm here to wish SEOW YI TH'NG a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! HOPE ALL YOUR WISHES COME TRUE!!! ...STRIVE HARD! er.
